According to East Weekly has "info" that Jessica Hsuan will not continue to contract with TVB.
The first part of the article was about Jessica with Carri Ma went to get flowers in the flower market for Chinese New Years. It was heard by reporters that Jessica said to Carri Ma that she would choose white flowers since it is Year of the Dog. Jessica spent 2 hours picking a plant and even ignoring the wet floor on the ground, bending down to pick one of them up.(Ahh dangerous! phew... she didn't get hurt)

The article you posted only talks about Jessica was going to the flower shop to buy flowers. It dosent said on renewing TVB contract.
But, I hope the RUMORS are un trued.
