If I had to pick what TVB does the best, I would most likely say TVB knows how to play with people’s emotions. Here is my list of some of the most emotional scenes in TVB. [no particular order]
Healing Hands II When Ada dies in a fire trying to save this little kid’s life but she could of saved herself. Suki dies after being brutally stabbed multiple times and her sister frantically tries to save her. Even when everyone else gives up she keeps trying.
Square Pegs
Jessica tells Roger that he is dumb and that she doesn’t want him. Roger kept on chopping the bamboo sticks because his Lo Por Jai said that was dumb. Roger was waiting for Jessica in the rain with the huge moon size Lo Por Bang. He kept on trying to keep lanterns lit when it started pouring
Life Made Simple Roger finding out the reason Jessica married him, he leave Jessica during their honeymoon.
A Matter of Customs
Wong Hei is badly injured and is hanging on the side of the boat. He looks over at Jessica and they both smile, and he lets go of the boat plunging into the murky harbor. Jessica frees herself from the ropes and in her wedding dress frantically searches for him, with no avail.
Detective Investigation Files IV The hospital scene... Jessica lets Louis go after finding out everything that Anne has done for Louis. She acts strong in front of him saying that she is okay and that she is used to it but when she turns around she starts crying.
Buring Flames I
Mostly all the deaths Wong Hei's mom dies of cancer Jade Leung is trapped in a mudslide, Louis thought that she had cheated on her but actually she was raped and it was the last words that Jade was trying to tell him. Eventually she runs out of air and dies.
Burning Flames II When Wong He dies trying to save someone, Maggie Cheung does not see him come out of the building. His daughter suddenly woke up and was crying by the window and when his uncle found her she was crying that her daddy would never come back to her.
Golden Faith
After the court scene, Jessica and Gallen meet. Jessica says that she understand why he did what he did. Gallen says that he wishes that they were back underwater so they can forever remain at the moment. Jessica puts restrictions on Gallen saying that he is not able to share with anyone else things that have meaning to their relationship. One of the many Myolie’s crying scenes… War and Beauty
Maggie is shot by a single arrow and Charmaine realizes this but Maggie tells her not to tell Moses about it. Maggie rest on Moses shoulder, Moses thinking that she is only sleeping but she will never wake up.

Kwong Wah tell Louis that Jessica gets raped and Jessica tries to commit suicide but Kwong Wah stops her.
Cave scene, Sonjia and Jessica says that they would rather die then to live without Louis
