| World Cup 2006 Over |
Never being a Soccer/Football fan, I decided to catch the final match between Italy and France. One of the reason why I never enjoyed watching it is because the ball repeatedly goes from one side to another and back again and back to other side... until someone scores. (I hear a announcer screaming GOAL!!!!!!!!!!)
Anyways this final match was much more exciting. It was the finals I had to see it. I gotta say I was rooting for France. I just don't like how Italy plays... very sneaky. So I was disappointed when Zinedine Zidane ended his career by headbutting this guy right in his chest and getting a red card for it. He was a great penalty kicker, maybe if he didn't get thrown out thing might have change. Its over and done with. Italy won in penalty kicks. Finally World Cup is OVER! |
